I just wanted to follow-up on the cake you prepared for my daughter’s birthday this past Saturday. Being as we made all of the arrangements by phone and email, and knowing that I have never ordered a cake from you before, I did not know what to expect. When I picked up the cake and opened the box I was very happy and very satisfied with the cake – it was beautiful! I appreciate the attention you gave and the multiple phone calls to me to be sure it would be something special. I took a picture with my phone and sent it to my husband. He immediately called me wanting to know what was it I sent him a picture of. When I told him it’s the cake he was thrilled as well. He actually thought I was just sending him a picture of a barrel racer!

I must admit it was difficult to cut the cake but as you said, this is why we have cameras! Not only did the cake look good, it was (emphasis on was as it is totally gone) delicious!

Thank you for the individual attention. The next time I or someone I know needs to order a cake I know where to go. Please do not lose the quality of making customers feel like they are the only customer.
